BRIEF
The ask from Stillwater Sports was to produce two video activations for Bain’s Whiskey around the Cape Town Open using Pro golfers from the DP World Tour. The pieces consisted of the Single Club and the Closest to The Pin Challenges.
RESULTS
Royal Cape Golf Club’s 14th hole was the venue for the Single Club Challenge which featured the 2021 Cape Town Open Winner JC Ritchie and Rupert Kaminksi – resulting in an enticing battle for par. The closest to the pin challenge saw 8 pro golfers attempt to hit a 10×10 green in DHL Cape Town stadium from the 6th tier. This was all captured using 8 cameras and a polly composite green built on the pitch.
WHAT WE DID
Using an effective camera crew on both shoot days, we delivered two 10 min pieces of content which was used for content during the SuperSport broadcast of the Bain’s Whiskey Cape Town Open.
