Nike asked us to assist them in launching their African headquarters in Johannesburg, South Africa. They tasked us with creating a video that communicated the influencing factors of their office design and layout, which complemented their freestyle workflow and integrated their brand into the very architecture of their workspace.
A 2-minute video that encapsulated all unique functions of the office, examples of influencing factors as well as hyper-lapse photography to display the office space as a hub of activity, using elements of multiple interviews with a larger range of the local Nike team.
WHAT WE DID
Through multiple talks with Nike’s design team, we came to understand the history of their design process, as well as the reasoning for colours, materials, and functions the office space had to offer. Working closely with the local Johannesburg team and international athletes like Caster Semenya and Luvo Manyonga, we worked to communicate the true impact the space has on all stakeholders. This required 2-day shoot, utilising a micro-crew of 4, capturing footage and interviews.
